About Taff's Gold
Taff's Gold is a western native growing plant that thrives in lower elevation woodlands near stream banks. It has basal leaves which sport beautiful green and gold variegation and usually have some slightly serrated edges. The stems are long and hairy growing up to 30 inches tall. Along the stems reddish brown to chocolate color flowers grow. Each flower has 4 long ribbon like petals which give it an exotic look.
1 /2 cup of water
The Taff's Gold is accustomed to moist woodlands and prefers to have excellent drainage with consistently moist soil. When the top two inches of soil feel dry to touch, it is time to lightly water your plant.
